My bodywork style is nurturing and holistic. I have mixed Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sport Massage and Swedish Massage to create a new Massage I call Tendo, Latin for stretch, aim, extend, strain. The goal of Tendo Massage is to give our bodies the ability to move freely without pulling or rather stopping any other muscle , fascia or bone from fully stretching. I am a licensed and insured member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). Allow me to remind your body it can heal itself.
