SuperDuper's specialty is attention to detail and a well rounded approach to any problem each client comes in with. With training in swedish, deep tissue, muscle energy, facilitated stretching, cranioscaral and energy balancing techniques session goals are treated holistically to restore and settle the body. The combination of therapeutic and relaxation techniques allows one's body and mind to balance to their natural state. Clients also leave with a better understanding of what has been happening in their body and what they can do to help maintain balance day to day because time is given before and after each massage to discuss what has been occurring in their life to contribute to their problem areas.
