I’m a Therapeutic Massage specialist and Holistic Wellness Coach. Specializing in the recovery from injuries and relief of chronic pain- I am passionate about helping people with injuries (even old ones!) like whiplash, frozen shoulder, sciatica and chronic pain like carpal tunnel or TMJ. I promote holistic health and lifestyle choices. We do not have to live with pain all the time. I’m here to help you feel the best you can feel and ease the stresses of life in this modern time. With my coaching, I want to empower you to live a happy, healthy, and optimistic life. I am strong and heavy handed so if you like a light touch, I’m probably not the best therapist for you.
