Rolf Studio is an office specializing in The Ida P. Rolf Method of Structural Integration, commonly referred to as S.I., Rolfing, or seeing a Rolfer. This method of bodywork uses a whole-body approach that targets fascia. By addressing adhesions and imbalances in the facial network (the soft tissue), the body is brought into organization and out of pain. The Ida P. Rolf Method exists as a ten-series, a set of ten sessions of manual therapy, that are connected and build on one another. However, it is not required to receive all ten as many people feel results in as little as one session. It is appropriate for all ages and addresses a wide variety of issues.
