About

Neuroscience based therapeutic massage and body work for peak performance and emotional integration. My educational background in biochemistry and molecular neuroscience and has included research fellowships at the Mayo Clinic, Vanderbilt Medical Center and UCSD. I spent 4 years at Sharps Coronado Hospital in the physical therapy department in rehab training instruction and teaching Pilates and did my yoga training in India. I specialize in clients who have physically demanding, high stress and performance requirements or who have had emotional trauma. I use breathwork and body mapping to identify, soothe and integrate these aspects to become congruent and cohesively whole in their daily lives.
