I am inspired by Maori and Hawaiian wisdom. I have combined their bodywork and healing practices into my work and guarantee a regenerative and rejuvenating shift in one’s entire being. My sessions are between 2-3 hours consisting of setting an intention, hands on bodywork from light to deep tissue massage, reiki energy, & infrared light therapy.
