Hi, I'm Lindsey, owner of Pernell Wellness, located in Chico, CA. I specialize in therapeutic massage, functional nutrition and health coaching services. I have been a Certified Massage Therapist since 2007, a Certified Health Coach since 2012 and most recently I finished my certification as a Functional Nutrition Counselor in 2023. I have a dual fascination of the human body and holistic health, and a passion for helping my clients move step-by-step towards meeting their unique wellness goals.
