Hello! I'm a Certified Massage Therapist (#75832) who believes in being your best so you can give your best to all you serve. I use gentler modalities such as Lymph Drainage, Visceral Manipulation, Therapeutic, and CranioSacral Therapy to name a few. I am definitely not your deep tissue gal. I know the tolls that stress (and just life in general) can have on us physically, mentally/emotionally, and spiritually. I know it is difficult sometimes to create the balance between the different aspects of our life. I invite you to take some time for yourself.
