I am an integrative life coach trained in somatics at The Strozzi Institute. I help people move more deeply into their own lives and navigate various life transitions: empty nests, new business, career change, enhancing joy, and finding purpose. I am also a massage therapist in San Luis Obispo county who practices solely Myofascial Release therapy. Myofascial Release is a gentle yet deep tissue methodology that can relieve pain and increase range of motion as well as over all feelings of well being.
