meta physio is a bodywork practice owned by Abbey Campbell, BA, LMT/CMT. Abbey works with clients on an individualized basis, creating sessions based on the varied needs of each client on any given day. Her sessions integrate many modalities including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Meridian Massage, Shiatsu, Reiki and energy balancing to help release painfully restricted muscle tissue and fascia as well as promoting overall relaxation.
