I am a Certified Massage Therapist and have been practicing massage therapy for 8+ years. I graduated from the Body Institute in Roseville, ca. In addition to my massage certification I have advanced training in deep tissue and myofascial muscular therapy for the neck and back. As a Massage therapist I have found I really enjoy helping people relax and have a better quality of life. I believe that massage therapy is a great way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and ease pain. I am passionate about helping people feel their best and reach their wellness goals. I specialize in several massage modalities including Swedish Massage, Hot stone massage, cupping, deep tissue massage, and prenatal massage.
