Laura is a certified massage therapist and trained Mindset practitioner. She believes caring for the whole person- body, mind, and spirit- is so important. Through intuitive, skilled touch, soft tissue manipulation, and muscle energy techniques, Laura works with the whole body in a single unique session designed to alleviate pain and create ease. She continues her training in the advanced studies of Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, Neurokenetic Therapy, Orthobionomy, and manual Lymphatic drainage. Her work aims to restore balance to the nervous system.
