At Knead Massage I believe deeply in the mind-body connection and that bodywork is just as vital as talk therapy. Stress is not only in the mind but is also stored in the body. We are each spiritual beings having a human experience and with that it is important to take care of the vessel that we live in. My modalities include deep tissue, myofascial technique, PNF stretching, cupping therapy etc, and energy work to help tailor our sessions together to best fit your needs. I want folks who enter my treatment room to be able to drop into their body and listen to what their body needs right now and reconnect the mind-body connection. I want people to leave my table relaxed, and refreshed with a new vitality for life.
