I have been a certified massage therapist since 1993, over 30 years! I have learned to appreciate the profound benefit that therapeutic massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and CranioSacral therapies provide for my clients. Besides being an effective pain management modality or used primarily to reduce stress, they are very therapeutically important to your overall optimal health. I love offering my clients increased mental clarity, physical ease and mobility, restored relaxation, enhanced overall health, and a more joyful and meaningful connection to life.
