She uses a combination of techniques and modalities including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Cupping, Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, Swedish, Myofascial, and Sports Massage to customize each massage to meet her client's needs and goals. Whether those goals are relaxation, restoring structural balance, recovering from a car accident, etc., Jessica has experience working with a variety of issues and will work with each client to achieve their specific goals.
