Join more than 40 years of our alumni in pursing a satisfying career in the wellness industry! Est. in 1979, these tai chi based, holistic bodywork, energy work, massage programs are offered in Los Angeles with lecture classes offered online for a hybrid learning environment. The programs focus on practitioner wellness & career longevity. A substantial portion of our students come to us to deepen their practice by retraining for our body mechanics & a portion go through the training to learn the skills & deepen their self knowledge. All are welcome. As a part of our commitment to wellness, there are several community wellness classes we offer to anyone looking to care for themselves. This is a lesbian, woman owned business.
