Our clients include runners, cyclists, swimmers, pilates and yoga practioners & young adult athletes. We specialize in treating chronic pain from past injuries as well as recent pain from pickle ball, hiking etc. We accept referrals from Orthopedic surgeons, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists and Primary Care Dr. We offer coaching on: nutrition, stretching/strengthening as needed.
