While I specialize in deep tissue and sports massage I strive to implement a variety of modalities in my practice, including Pregnancy Massage, Reiki, Passive and Active Stretching, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy Massage through continued education to best customize each clients massage based on their needs and pressure preferences. I am committed to improving the quality of life and giving the much needed opportunity for relaxation, healing, and self care to all my clients.
