Esalen® Massage. - Reiki - TRE Tension and Trauma Releasing Excercise Provider Esalen Massage is a holistic approach to bodywork in which the whole person is considered, contacted and worked with. It is best know for it's long flowing strokes and quality of touch and contact. Each session is unique and tailored to what is needed in the moment. I combine Esalen massage with deep bodywork, Thai massage, energy work, Reiki and my practice of presence. My sessions invite a deep sense of relaxation a fuller sense of fluidity, spaciousness, vitality and well being. TRE Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises are a set of 7 simple to learn exercises that help your body remember it's natural capacity to shake off stress.
