Welcome to Empire Spa & Wellness ( Empire Massage Therapy) Monica Ponce is the founder of Empire Spa and Wellness. Since 2006 she has been a certified & licensed massage therapist. Monica has continually broadened her education in the field of kinesiology and completed her degree from Cal Baptist University. She specializes in treating chronic pain, sports injuries, pre/post prenatal, myofacial dysfunctions & spa treatments. Monica's mission is to not sell products and services, it's about helping people to becoming better versions of themselves. By helping clients become healthier by providing mindful therapeutic massage. Monica is a firm believer that consistency in self-care is key for each persons wellness journey.
