My bodywork style combines deep tissue, myofascial therapy, trigger point therapy, energy work, breath work, movement based manual therapy, lymphatic support and deep listening. Each session is an invitation to release stagnant energy and deepen your own inner-awareness or drift into a deeply restorative space while establishing greater harmony within your being as a whole. I use high quality products that may include essential oils, CBD products, and cold pressed organic jojoba oil. The office I work out of is beautiful, nurturing, and peaceful.
