Train hard. Recover better. I'm a sports massage therapist and personal trainer with 20+ years of experience. I work with a wide variety of clients who want to move better, heal from injuries and get stronger. I provide studio appointments in West LA and mobile appointments across Greater LA. My massage style combines deep tissue and sports therapy in a relaxing flow. For training clients, I focus on functional movement and building strength. If necessary, I incorporate corrective exercises to fix muscle imbalances and old injuries.
