I've been a massage therapist since 2004 and continue to learn and expand my knowledge thru massage courses and my curiosity to learn more about the human body. I am trained in: Swedish, Therapeutic, Sports, and Pre-Natal Massage. By listening and assessing what is currently being felt in your body I will customize a massage to fit your needs and goals. I achieve this by looking at you as a whole and not just the area that is causing discomfort because sometimes pain can come from a different location due to imbalances, old injuries, or repetitive movements. Using my intuition, anatomy knowledge, and a variety of modalities I work with you and your pain threshold to melt your aches and help you find ease and comfort in your body.
