I specialize in deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, cupping and trigger point therapy. I will work closely with you during our session to understand your health history, identify any areas of pain or discomfort, and develop a customized treatment plan that targets your specific concerns. My goal is to address underlying issues which may require some level of discomfort within your tolerance level.
