Choice Bodyworks is a Injury Rehab and Sports Massage office located in Pasadena, CA. We use a combination of Applied Functional Science, ART, Neuro-muscular therapy, Deep-tissue massage principles and techniques to help you get out of pain and keep you feeling good all the time. The difference is that I look to incorporate the best movement assessment techniques, massage techniques, bodywork equipment, self rehab tools and tips so that you feel empowered and pain-free!
