About

I come from a background in birth work, massage therapy, therapeutic dance and an Associates Degree in Science with an emphasis in Natural Science and Biology. I draw my style of bodywork from these elements creating a rhythmic blend of modalities with a medical focus. I incorporate an intuitive blend of Swedish massage, trigger points, acupressure, hot stones, deep tissue and some table stretching. I am able to conform my bodywork skills depending on what the clients wants and needs are, including a pregnancy massage cushion for pregnant people to safely receive a full back massage in the prone position and so much more!!
