WHAT IS BOWEN THERAPY? Practitioners perform "Bowen moves" which are rolling motions done over muscles, tendons, nerves and fascia. The moves are done by using the thumb and fingers. A treatment consists of a series of specific sequences, with frequent pauses to allow time for the body to respond.
