Born and raised in Brazil, I have been passionate about fitness and well-being from an early age. My fascination with the transformative benefits of bodywork—particularly how the right techniques can enhance strength, relieve pain, and improve overall wellness—led me to pursue a career in this field. Today, I am dedicated to helping others achieve their physical goals and live healthier, more balanced lives through customized bodywork practices. I became a Certified Massage Therapist in 2022, graduating from ICOHS College in San Diego. Driven by a desire to deepen my expertise, I pursued advanced certification in High-Performance Myofascial Release for Athletes in Brazil.
