I am a Certified Medical Massage Therapist specializing in soft tissue rehabilitation and injury prevention. I use muscle manipulation therapy to release fascial adhesions that are disrupting your quality of life. My approach starts with an intake and assessment, each client will have a session designed to address their individual needs. During the session I encourage clients to communicate about pressure changes, trigger points, and referral patterns.
