Arukah Massage and Wellness accepts appointments by an initial phone consultation and by appointment only. Arukah Massage and Wellness exists to help clients decrease the negative effects of stress, restore balance and encourage wholeness in their lives. Bringing 35 years of nursing experience into my practice provides a clinical perspective to the art of healing through touch. Using massage, cupping and craniosacral techniques individually and in combination allows each session to fit the unique needs of the client. Encouraging people to rejuvenate physically, reenergize mentally and renew spiritually is the foundation of my business philosophy. Warm stones, heated body packs and essential oils are available upon request at no extra cost.
