Apex Sports Therapy provides a balanced approach to wellness that combines both relaxation and clinical treatment. 18+ years of clinical/sports massage experience. Specializing in helping you maintain and optimize muscle, tendon, ligament and joint health in order to prevent injuries or promote healing after an injury has occurred. Apex is a place to aid in recovering from pain and help maintain optimization. Your therapist will also provide tips on improving posture, strength, flexibility and relaxation, which includes guided/assisted stretching. Additional treatments available for young athletes aiming to compete at the collegiate level.
