Everybody has a unique wellness journey. This journey is never a straight line and it's never the same for any 2 people. My therapy philosophy is to meet you right where you are, today. I provide result driven therapy that will always include 60-90-120 full minute sessions, hot towels and pillows. The session may also include stretching, Thai, Energy work, Myofascial Release, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, aromatherapy or cupping.
