Hello, my name is Tara, licensed massage + craniosacral therapist in Tucson, AZ. My work is focused on trauma healing and reconnecting to the vitality within. In addition to training in massage therapy, I'm a practitioner of Trauma Release Exercise (Tre®), CranioSacral therapy, Somato-Emotional Release, and Organic Intelligence®. My intention is to support you to feel more grounded in your body and live life more fully by helping to reduce your stress, anxiety and pain.
