I offer massage and cranialsacral therapy sessions to relax the body, mind and spirit. Modalities include: Structural Integration, Shiatsu, Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy and Youngliving Oil Raindrop technique. I combine the diffusing of essential oils and the Biomat to create a session that offers a deep connection to self. The most popular session is 90 minutes. It includes 60 minutes of bodywork followed by 30 minutes of Craniosacral Therapy. This session will take you to a very deep level of connection and relaxation. Many say that they feel their bodies have been reset to a more natural, relaxed state of being.
