I'm the "pit crew for humans": fine tuning, maintenance, and repair. 3x USAWrestling Olympic Trainer/massage therapist. The goal is to help you keep moving and feeling great! Athletic Training, Biomechanics, Therapeutic Bodywork, Exercise, and more. Conveniently located inside East Valley Strength & Conditioning~ open to members and non-members alike. you can schedule to see me solo, or take advantage of what the gym and other partners have to offer as well.
