Brianna is a certified Yoga Instructor, Massage Therapist and holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. Combining body, mind and spirit through the practice of breathing techniques, yoga asana (poses) that facilitate strength, endurance and relieving tension in the body as well as massage techniques that specifically address areas of tightness and tension you will come to learn how to respect and facilitate your body's ability to be whole and healthy. Brianna's belief and philosophy is that through proper nutrition, body alignment and breath work you can learn how to control your body and mind which then in turn frees you from disease and discomfort like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low energy, and feelings of dissatisfaction.
