Drawing on his experience at Flagstaff's premier sports medicine clinic and Sedona's #1 rated day spa, Zac uses evidence-based techniques that boost athletic performance, injury recovery, range of motion and ease of movement, while also reducing aches, pains, tightness and stress. He specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Connective Tissue Therapy (Myofascial) and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) techniques. In addition to numerous therapeutic and relaxing massage modalities, Zac uses his own hand-crafted massage cream (organic, fair-trade) and essential oil sprays (organic, locally distilled) to enhance your experience.
