My name is John Mills and I moved here with my wife in 2018 after being licensed in Massage Therapy in both Minneapolis and Iowa. I have an extensive educational background in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, pathology and even mental health counseling. I work closely with other health care providers as it my believe that in so doing we are striving to improve your overall health in the most cost effective and shortest time possible. I provide a Medical/Sports Hybrid massage. Unlike traditional "Deep Tissue/Relaxation" massages, I get to the root cause of the problem. It's not easy, nor is it fast. At times it can be a bit uncomfortable, but it should never be painful. I dig in deep into the tissues, I stretch your joints and tissues.
