Ana's Therapeutic Massage pursued her license in massage therapy after struggling with her own aches and pains. She believes that through massage, body pain can be relieved without painkillers or surgery. For her signature massage, she skips the oil, yet focuses on particularly painful points, calibrating each stroke to the individual client. Other massage modalities include facial massages designed to increase circulation and cranio-sacral massage that eases tension in the soft tissue and bones of the head, spine and pelvis.
