Founded by Afton, an Iowa native and eight-year USAF veteran, our practice is grounded in holistic wellness and a deep commitment to serving others. Afton, a 2018 graduate of The New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, recently expanded her expertise by completing Jefferson State's Physical Therapist Assistant program in May 2024.
