Im a local artist and last summer I developed a problem which was interfering with my ability to paint. It was so bad that I really wasnt able to enjoy any activity whatsoever. I researched all the symptoms and I concluded that they were caused by a prostate condition. After many doctor visits and tests, I finally had a doctor tell me that he thought my symptoms were being caused by a muscular problem. I was skeptical because I couldnt see how my symptoms had anything to do with my muscles. I set up an appointment with Caroline at the Neuromuscular Massage Center and she immediately found that the muscles in my legs were what was giving me my problems. After my very first appointment it became very clear to me that she was right. For the first time in months my symptoms had improved. Caroline also taught me some stretches that I could do to help relive my symptoms in the days between my appointments with her. I continued to go to Caroline and week after week my symptoms continued to improve. By the time I was feeling about 95% better, Caroline and I started to try to figure out the root cause of my symptoms. We discovered that all my problems came from the way that I was walking. I had been walking (and sitting) with my feet pointed outwards instead of pointing straight ahead. Caroline taught me how to correct that problem and within days my symptoms started to totally disappear. It is now a year later and to my extreme delight I am still virtually symptom free! Without Carolines help I feel that I would almost certainly still be battling with this problem, trying to figure out what was causing it. She really took the time and effort to listen to my specific problem and work with me to find a much needed solution!
